Last month, Bleached unveiled their first new music in two years, the stripped-down single “Shitty Ballet.” Today, they’ve announced a forthcoming album, Don’t You Think You’ve Had Enough?, out July 12 via Dead Oceans and shared the second single, “Hard to Kill.”
KEXP is venturing out to the SPOT Festival in Aarhus, Denmark on May 2-4. While we won’t be broadcasting this time around, KEXP has been invited as guests from our previous initiatives and will be on the scene exploring all the Danish and Nordic music we can handle.
Perfume Genius’ Mike Hadreas will be collaborating with Seattle choreographer Kate Wallich on a new contemporary dance and live music performance piece. Set to debut at the Moore Theatre Oct. 4-5, the piece is titled The Sun Still Burns Here.
