Deekapz are a Brazilian production duo that have been making regional waves working with some of Brazil’s biggest stars such as Criolo, Pabllo Vittar, Baco Exu do Blues, as well as Seattle's own Sango and the LA-based Soulection crew. Following the early 2021 release of their Jewel Gems EP that collected songs previously only available on Soundcloud or Bandcamp, Deekapz quickly returned with Ensaio Sobre Você, a 5-song EP that continues to showcase their vibrant blend of traditional Brazilian rhythms and Baile Funk with contemporary hip-hop, trap, and R&B flavors.
