Today on The Morning Show on KEXP, DJ Marco Collins stopped by with a special announcement: the line-up for the 2019 Volunteer Park Pride Festival!
On Saturday, June 8, Seattle kicks off a month-long celebration of queer arts, music, performance, and culture with a FREE, all ages concert in Volunteer Park with Thunderpussy, J GRGRY, Whitney Mongé, Sassyblack, and Left At London. Popular drag queen Betty Wetter will MC the events with DJ sets from DJ KIRK and Marco Collins himself.
Later that month, on Sunday, June 30th, Seattle will hold its 45th annual Pride Parade at 11:00 AM along 4th Avenue in Downtown Seattle, but you can get ready for the fun with free live music first.
