Contour is the solo alias of Charleston, South Carolina artist Khari Lucas. Known for his exploratory, honest, genre-blurring music that defies simple categorization, Contour will be following up his critically-acclaimed 2022 album Onwards! with Take Off from Mercy, his debut for Mexican Summer Records that's due out on November 1st. A reflection of Contour's consistent evolution, the album finds him integrating guitar-driven music, Tropicalia, the blues, and the unvarnished honesty of hip-hop into his singular sonic palette.
