Neu-Romancer is the solo venture of Berlin-based, Australian musician, producer, and DJ Laura Bailey. I had the pleasure of meeting Laura in Vancouver a couple of years ago, and I was blown away by her incredible DJ set at a Fleisch Records showcase for a popular online platform.
Her EP Neue Romantika was one of my top releases of 2023 and the mix she’s curated for KEXP is a fantastic showcase of her impeccable taste, featuring a selection of tracks that are sure to help you understand why she is so great. The mix also includes a surprise edit I didn’t know she made!
