DJ Lux is the alias of Seattle's own Rob Green, a beloved beaming figure within the local scene for over 30 years. He began his DJ career at KCMU back in 1990 and cut his working at Orpheum Records on Capitol Hill during the heyday of Seattle’s burgeoning rave scene in the 90’s, soon DJ'ing at many of Seattle's iconic venues as well as at local parties, warehouses, and clubs, holding down local residences, and and opening up shows for artists such as DJ Dimitri, Z-Trip, Sunshine Jones, and more. These days you’ll find Rob spinning at Seattle's premier spots for house music including The Monkey Loft and Flammable at Chop Suey, hosting a monthly residency every last Saturday at Train Car House Party alongside his husband and frequent DJ partner Riz Rollins aka KEXP's DJ Riz!
