Bolis Pupul is the solo moniker of Belgian-Chinese producer, singer, and songwriter Boris Kor Tom Zeebroek. Bolis made a big splash in 2022 with the critically-acclaimed collaborative album Topical Dancer alongside Charlotte Adigéry and this year he released his solo debut album Letter To Yu, a love letter to his late mother who passed away in 2008 in a traffic accident. The touching album was released on Soulwax's DEEWEE label and finds Bolis embracing and coming to terms with his Chinese heritage through a sophisticated and thoughtful blend of synth-pop, techno, and experimental pop music.
