Adam Wiltzie is a renowned New York-born, Brussels-based composer who has been massively influential within the realms of contemporary ambient, classical, and drone music. He's the co-founder of seminal projects Stars of the Lid (alongside the late Brian McBride), The Dead Texan (alongside Christina Vantzou), Aix Em Klemm (alongside Bobby Donne), and A Winged Victory for the Sullen (alongside Dustin O'Halloran), as well as a solo artist. He released his latest solo album Eleven Fugues for Sodium Pentothal on April 5th through his longtime label, Kranky Records.
