Terror/Cactus is the digital folklore and psychedelic electro-cumbia project of Martín Selasco. Born in Buenos Aires, raised in Miami, and now based in Seattle, the mask-adorning producer draws from a wide variety of Latin American influences — Argentine folk, Peruvian chicha, Colombian cumbia — and weaves these styles into hypnotic electronic beats featuring psychedelic guitars, dub lasers, and field recordings. This year he's released the collaborative EP Agua Mágica alongside Mexico City-based Cuervo Cuervo as well as the solo full-length album Forastero.
