LADYMONIX is a Detroit-based producer and DJ who's been consistently unleashing stellar house jams and making dancefloors sweaty with her party-starting DJ sets. Born and raised in Baltimore, her love of music came early during childhood listening to her parents play records during their lavish basement parties. She began her DJ career in the early 2000s following a move to Los Angeles, and she soon laid the foundation for her own production work. Now based in Detroit, LADYMONIX launched her own record label called Frizner Electric in 2018 to serve as the homebase for own releases. Her latest EP Steppin' Out came out in mid-September and features 3 original productions alongside a remix by Detroit legend Waajeed.
