Ever since the release of his beloved debut album Drowning In A Sea Of Love on James Holden's Border Community label in 2006, British electronic producer Nathan Fake has been widely revered for his adventurous and masterful fusion of IDM, techno, ambient, downtempo, rave, and shoegaze styles. In addition to Border Community Records, his visionary electronic music has found homes on Ninja Tune Records and Pampa Records, and he's been invited to contribute remixes for a wide range of artists including Radiohead, Jon Hopkins, and Clark. His 5th studio album titled Blizzards just came out in early April on Cambria Instruments, a label he co-founded with Wesley Matsell in 2014. His exclusive guest DJ mix for Midnight In A Perfect World puts his sharp ear for cutting-edge rhythms and innovative sound design on full display as he stitches together cerebral underground electronic tracks with a seamless touch.
