Modest Mouse have unveiled the B-side of their exclusive Record Store Day 7-inch with the previously shared “Poison the Well.” Titled “I’m Still Here,” the caustic beat-driven pounder sees the band asking themselves why they’re still hanging out at a place they’re clearly unwanted.
The two songs are the first we’ve heard from the band since 2015’s Strangers to Ourselves. Considering the band’s recent tour announcement with The Black Keys, it seems possible that a new Modest Mouse record is on the way but we probably shouldn’t hold our breaths. The indie rock heavyweights will play the Tacoma Dome on Saturday, November 23 with Shannon and the Clams.

The song will be released as a 7" on triangular mint green vinyl for Record Store Day on April 13.
