Last night, Saturday, March 15, the nearing-iconic Everett music festival Fisherman’s Village announced their 2019 lineup at Scuttlebutt Taproom and Brewery. In the aftermath of Sasquatch and Upstream closing their doors this year, Fisherman’s Village has taken on the responsibility of curating a fest with some high-profile headliners as well as the best of the local scene. 2019 is the year that they’ve perfected the balance.
The headliners for the festival’s sixth year include Wolf Parade, Travis Thompson, The Coathangers, Laura Veirs, Broncho, Pickwick, Death Valley Girls, Geographer, Omni, Frankie and the Witch Fingers, Black Belt Eagle Scout, and Moaning. The Northwest treasures rounding out the bill include Portland’s Lithics, Seattle’s Parisalexa, Wimps, Sloucher, Chong the Nomad, Little Wins, Actionesse, Warren Dunes, and Weep Wave plus Everett favorites I Will Keep Your Ghost, Sleepover Club, Fuzz Mutt, Oliver Elf Army, and many more.
This year's festival is just a block away from Everett Station, making it easily accessible to the entire Northwest via train and bus, and is a quick rideshare from Paine Field for those flying in from the West Coast. They’ve also integrated the first Fisherman's Village Night Market, offering a stage programmed on Friday and Saturday, food trucks, beer garden and over 40 vendors selling locally made goods. The festival takes place May 16-18, 2019. Three-day early bird general passes are currently on sale for $69. Find additional ticket information on their website.
