Branko is the solo alias of Lisbon electronic producer João Barbosa, co-founder and driving force behind the seminal global production trio Buraka Som Sistema. In 2015 he released his debut album Atlas. The record was created over 5 weeks in 5 different cities with over 20 collaborators.
His production talents, collaborative spirit, and globe-trotting ways have since led to working on songs with a wide array of artists, including M.I.A., Santigold, Princess Nokia, Mr. Carmack, and many more.
His sophomore album Nosso came out on March 1st via Enchufada Records and once again features collaborations with a stacked roster of artists from all over the world.
