Canadian trio Wolf Parade called it quits in 2011, but reunited in 2016, delivering the album Cry Cry Cry the following year. (And delivering an outstanding performance at KEXP & Seattle Center's Concerts at the Mural series back in August!) In 2020, they'll solidify this second era of the band with their fifth full-length Thin Mind out January 24th via Sub Pop. Check out the single "Forest Green" below.

Thin Mind refers to the way that being around too much tech has made our focus thin,” keyboardist Spencer Krug said via a press release.

His bandmate, guitarist Dan Boeckner, added, “It’s opening one more page, scrolling one more thing, and the weird, sort-of hollow automaton feeling that you get from it.”

“This record is very personal, but at the same time, we’re all coming from the same place of a general sense of anxiety,” continues drummer Arlen Thompson. “How do you deal with the constant barrage of having your opinions swayed by all these different actors when you don’t know who they are or what their purpose is? There is no normal anymore.”

Today's announcement was accompanied by an extensive North American tour schedule, including a Monday, February 11th stop at The Showbox in Seattle. Check out the complete schedule below.
