Freakout Records has announced the second and final round of artists added to the lineup for 2018’s Freakout Festival. The additions include a number of hip hop acts including legendary duo Shabazz Palaces, Sassyblack, Kung Foo Grip, and Porter Ray. Portland is also strongly represented via new additions The Shivas, Jenny Don’t and the Spurs, Dan Dan, Oh, Rose and Savila. Fruits & Flowers are coming all the way from NYC to play while Trans FX are making the quick hour drive from Olympia. Los Angeles duo Deap Vally are booked as one of the headlining acts of the fest. Rounding out the long list of local acts are Lisa Prank, Beverly Crusher, Golden Idols, Darci Carlson, PSA, Tres Leches, Elizabeth Gunderson, Whitney Lyman, and Biblioteka.
Freakout Festival 2018 takes place in the Ballard Avenue Historic District on November 16 and 17, with tickets costing $35 for one day or $60 for 2 days. Read the full list of acts playing this year’s fest below.
