KEXP has partnered with Pearl Jam in advance of their sold-out Home Shows at Safeco Field on Wednesday, August 8 and Friday, August 10 to join in the band’s fight against homelessness in Seattle. These shows are about shining a spotlight on the problem and solutions to homelessness in our hometown and joining a growing list of businesses, individuals, government agencies, and foundations who are collaborating to tackle the biggest public health crisis to hit our community in recent history.
On Wednesday, August 1st, KEXP is spotlighting local organizations working to combat homelessness in Seattle, like Path With Art, whose mission is to transform the lives of people recovering from homelessness, addiction, and other trauma by harnessing the power of creative engagement as a bridge to community and a path to stability.
