• Today, Jack White's third solo album, Boarding House Reach, has been released. In a reminder of that, White has shared a video for the rip-roaring "Over and Over and Over." The strange and dizzying video sees White in one room that variates in colors and members, from models to soldiers to children in terrifying masks. • Legendary musician Neil Young has shared his soundtrack for the film Paradox, of which he's cast in. Directed by Daryl Hannah, the western is out now on Netflix and hasn't been getting the best reviews but Hannah and Young themselves described the film as having "more pot than plot" during their SXSW panel for the film. Young is backed by his band Promise of the Real for Paradox (Original Music from the Film), which can be streamed on Young's website here. [ Consequence of Sound ]
• Portland-based/New Zealand-born Ruban Nielson is releasing the fourth Unknown Mortal Orchestra album Sex & Food in a couple of weeks. Previously, Nielson has shared "American Guilt" and "Not In Love We're Just High" off the album. Today, we get a third taste with the funkadelic "Everyone Acts Crazy Nowadays" which was unveiled in a unique fashion to fans who pre-ordered Sex & Food. Fans were mailed a pamphlet called "Age of Paranoia," that included a link which went live with the song premiere last night. Sex & Food is out April 6 via Jagjaguwar.
