Grimes has been teasing new music for quite awhile, sharing a working tracklist for her fifth album back in June. Today, she has announced that new music will finally reach our ears this Thursday, Nov. 29. The Canadian-born musician has also revamped her web store with new merch including a variety of t-shirts and stickers designed by herself.
Recently, Grimes has been featured on new music from other artists like Jimmy Urine (for “The Medicine Does Not Control Me”) and Poppy (on “Play Destroy” off Am I a Girl?). She also starred in a Apple commercial which featured an unreleased song. Grimes previously expressed frustrations with her label being the issue behind her new album getting released. Her last studio album was 2015's Art Angels.
