Last year, Grandaddy released their fifth studio album and first in 11 years titled Last Place. Today, frontman Jason Lytle has shared a new single titled “Color Of Dirt,” to be included on a three-song split single with Colorado-based singer-songwriter Kramies and Little Wings’ Kyle Field titled 3ingle. The gorgeous, piano-based song features a soft thrum in the background. “I’m doing some laundry right now. That’s why you can hear the dryer in the background,” Lytle explains at the beginning of the song.

3ingle is out Nov. 16. Listen to “Color Of Dirt” below.
