With his new album Flower Boy in stores now, Tyler, the Creator stopped by the Late Show with Stephen Colbert last night. Watch as the west coast rapper grabs Colbert's butt, does his interview wearing boxers, and then performs the album track "911" with Steve Lacy of The Internet. Kentucky rockers White Reaper have a new video for the stand-out single "Judy French." Directed by Brandon Dermer, the video stars actress/model Alexandra Daddario, known for her roles in True Detective, Baywatch, and San Andreas. In the clip, Daddario takes over the roles of all the band members in a slick white studio. White Reaper played the Tractor Tavern last month, their most recent album The World's Best American Band was released earlier this year. Keyboardist Ryan Hater said of the track "Judy French," "We had the song already done when we went into the studio. That riff is so golden it kind of wrote it itself." [ Noisey ]

Canada's Alvvays are gearing up to release their sophomore LP Antisocialites this September. They've previously shared with us the lead single "In Undertow" and today we've got the second single, "Dreams Tonite." The song is a beautifully hazy number that seems to float by, mirroring the lyrics of a dreamer hoping for their love to be reciprocated. Antisocialites will be out September 8th on Polyvinyl Records and Alvvays will be in Seattle on Saturday, October 28 at the Showbox. [ Consequence of Sound ]

Montreal electronic duo Blue Hawaii are returning with their first release since 2013's Untogether. The follow-up LP will be called Tenderness and arrives on October 6 via Arbutus Records. They've shared the first single off the album, "No One Like You." The song is a much more structured and dancey track than their previous efforts and suggests that Tenderness could be a departure from their more ambient work on Untogether. In a press release Raphaelle "Ra" Standell (of the band Braids) and Alexander "Agor" Kerbysay of Tenderness, "The album draws upon influence from '90s dance tracks and deep disco cuts, often mixed with Ra's acoustic guitar playing. It unfolds like a play and each song being supported by shorter interlude pieces: skits, phone calls, acoustic demos, real life samples and quiet left-turns." [ Exclaim ]
