And the award for the most miles traveled to attend KEXP's New Home Grand Opening goes to Icelandic trio Samaris, who've been a KEXP favorite since we discovered them in 2011 at the Iceland Airwaves Music Festival. Representing our sister city of Reykjavik, the band replicate the breathtaking beauty of their hometown with glacial electronics, glitchy beats, and the otherworldly vocals of Jófríður Ákadóttir.
