  • On July 18, Tame Impala will drop their latest album, Currents. They have already shared a few album tracks and it seems like each song keeps getting better and better. "Eventually" is a stunningly smooth piece of psychedelic music. [Pitchfork]

  • Miley Cyrus was joined by Joan Jett and Against Me!'s Laura Jane Grace for a fun performance of the Replacements' song "Androgynous."   • First Aid Kit stopped by the Late Show with David Letterman last night to perform the Simon and Garfunkle classic "America."   • Lana del Rey kicked off her Endless Summmer tour last night in Houston, Texas. During her set she premiered a previously unheard track called "Serial Killer."
