Grab the family and head down Airport Way for the 8th Annual Georgetown Carnival this Saturday, June 14th!
From noon to 10:00 PM, the historical 'hood will host a hootenanny of events for the whole family, including carnival games, stilt walkers, sideshows, art activities, food trucks, power tool races, and, of course, great music.Legendary Sub Pop producer Jack Endino headlines the Trailer Park stage with his dynamic new group Jack Endino's Earthworm (stream their Sonic Reducer session here). Northwest music legend Mark Pickerel will perform a set of his spaghetti western-style roots-rock. Plus, check out performances from local punk blues trio Gallow Swings (who were LIVE on KEXP back in May), Vaporland, Ancient Warlocks, and up-and-coming B-Movie surf-garage punks, Tummy.
