KEXP is thrilled to present the worldwide premiere of new music from Florida band Merchandise.
A favorite band on The Midday Show on KEXP, DJ Cheryl Waters (a Florida native, herself) debuted the track "Little Killer" today, a staticy, sonic blast of melodic power pop. For their upcoming third full-length, frontman Carson Cox told NME.com, "We're going to remake ourselves as a pop band. We don't have to put any long songs on the album so now we can just do a formal pop record. I'm talking about pop, rock and R&B. I feel like it's going to be moody and sentimental."The latest album from Merchandise, titled After The End, will be out August 26th on 4AD.
