  • While in New York last night, Vampire Weekend performed three new songs, for Canada's QTV show, from their upcoming Modern Vampires in the City album. Individual live recordings aren't available yet but you can watch the entire show below. If you want to skip ahead "Diane Young" starts around the 6:20 mark, followed by a quick interview, then "Unbelievers" (at 19:09 in the second video) and "Ya Hey" (at 43:34). [Pitchfork]

  • What does Jimmy Fallon give a cluck about? The Lumineers! On last night's episode of Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, Fallon himself and show editor Chris Tartaro donned chicken suits with guests Blake Shelton and Parks & Recreation's Nick Offerman to spoof the Grammy nominated band. Watch as The Cluckineers perform "Ho Hey". [People]

  • Today is an uncharacteristically sunny day in Seattle and I think BRAINSTORM's refreshing new single couldn't have come at a better time. "Black to Bright" springs to life and is the perfect song to ring in the season. The Portland based trio have a infectious sound that will exhilarate you for the weekend ahead. [CoS]

  • Tyler the Creator has a new music video for the track "IFHY". It's a unsettling take on Barbie's life with an evil Ken after their "happily ever after". The dream house seems to be the stuff of nightmares. Hodgy Beats joins Tyler for the second half of the video and the two randomly go blasting through the suburbs in a sports car. If you love this track then you're in luck, Tyler's new album (Wolf) will be out on April 2 and features Frank Ocean, Earl Sweatshirt, and more. [CoS]

  • Iron and Wine has recorded "Hard Times Come Again No More", a song originally written in 1854 by Stephen Foster. It's a beautifully soulful rendition that was recorded for the new BBC show Copper about an Irish-American detective. Click HERE to listen to the track on Rolling Stone. [Stereogum]
