Paris trio Pion are made up of Louis Delorme (drummer for Charlotte Gainsbourg and Air), François Devulder and Charles Templier. Their creative collaboration originally began as part of the prestigious French dance collective Blind Digital Citizen and just last year expanded into music with the release of their debut single and today’s Song of the Day, “Sympacide.” Storming in with a flurry of synths, the futuristic dance track is completely unpredictable and an exciting look at what the band is capable of.
The song comes from the Sympacide EP which includes the song “2’22” and two remixes of “Sympacide,” one from Pilooski et Clément Froissart, the other from Sabrina et Samantha. Listen to the song below.
