Australian musician Georgia Flipo popped seemingly out of nowhere with her debut single under the moniker G Flip earlier this year. “About You” is a glistening pop song made completely by Flipo on her own. The video for the song (shot by her little brother Reuben) shows Flipo building the catchy single, first with a few synth chords, then adding a bass line, harmonic vocals, and, halfway through, a kicked-up drum beat. Flipo previously played drums in the Melbourne rock band EMPRA. No word on whether a G Flip album is on its way.
