KEXP is bringing Audioasis to the Gathering Space on Saturday, April 11th and we’d love for you to come in and celebrate music of the Pacific Northwest with us.
This event, hosted by DJ Kennady, will begin at 5 PM and feature live music from Dark Chisme, TezaTalks, and Lucha Luna, with a pre-broadcast set from 90.TEEN alum, DJ Kap Uwak. This will also be broadcast live on KEXP for anyone that cannot physically be here during Audioasis’ normal timeslot: 6 PM - 9PM!

PacSci and KEXP’s Live at the Laser Dome: KEXP DJ in Residence is excited to welcome Eastern Echoes’ Diana Ratsamee this April, May, and June in the Laser Dome!
Every three months on the first Wednesday of the month, a different KEXP DJ will curate a series of monthly playlists for the Laser Dome. The select DJ will then perform a live set accompanying the laser performance once a month at the Laser Dome.
On Friday, May 22nd, KEXP celebrates World Goth Day — a day for the goth scene to honor its own culture and make its presence known to the world. It’s a shadowy global gathering you won’t want to miss.
We’ll be spinning all the dark tunes throughout the day on Early, Morning, Midday, Afternoon, and Drive Time shows, with special features on air and online in the surrounding week.

Join KEXP for Music Heals: Mental Health on Thursday, May 28th, a day of programming dedicated to calling attention to the public health crisis that is depression and anxiety, and exploring how music can help us know we are not alone. Tune in Thursday, August 27th for Music Heals: Beyond Cancer, a day dedicated to the power of music to lift our spirits and heal our souls in the face of cancer. Throughout the day, KEXP will tell the stories shared with us by members of our community and play the songs that helped them through the healing process.
