I’m a KEXP donor! How do I download my digital donor benefits card?

Or simply follow these steps: Soon after donating you will receive an e-mail from our partner Cuseum thanking you for your contribution and providing instructions and a link which will direct you to where you may download your new digital donor benefits card. Access this email on your iPhone or Android smartphone, and towards the bottom of the email click on the button that reads “Download Membership Card”. Then, if you have an iPhone, select “Add to Apple Wallet”, and if you have an Android, select “Add to Pass Wallet”. If you have an iPhone, your Apple Wallet is a native app already downloaded to your device. If you own an Android and have not downloaded “WalletPasses” yet, you will have to do so through the Google Play store app.
Will I have to download a new digital donor card when my Amplifier donation renews or when I make a new gift?
No need to worry about waiting for a new digital donor benefits card when you make a new gift or when your ongoing, monthly Amplifier gift renews! Your digital donor benefits card will automatically update after your renewal date and you will see that reflected in your smartphone’s digital wallet. Just be sure to have ‘Automatic Updates’ toggled ‘On’ for your digital card.
How do I allow automatic updates to be made on my digital donor benefits card?
Great question! To fully take advantage of the convenience allowed by digital donor benefits card and receive automatic updates with each new gift or Amplifier renewal, you will need to ensure that Automatic Updates are toggled on in your Apple Wallet or Pass Wallet. To do so, access your digital donor benefits card and ‘flip’ to the back of your card by pressing the little ‘i’ icon in the bottom-right corner of your card. There you will be able to toggle Automatic Updates ‘on’ or ‘off’.
How do I change the name(s) listed on my digital donor card?
If your name has changed, been spelled incorrectly, or the wrong joint donor has been listed on your digital donor benefits card, please reach out to donorservices@kexp.org and we will update your account for you. As long as you have ‘Automatic Updates” toggled ‘On’ your name(s) will be automatically updated in your digital wallet!
I donate as part of the Amplifier’s Club, and made an additional one-time gift, and now I’m not listed my card no longer lists my Amplifier status. Help! Does this mean I am no longer an Amplifier?
Not to worry! Every time you make a donation to KEXP your digital donor benefits card will be automatically updated with the information from your latest donation, so if you donated a little bit extra to snag a t-shirt or another thank-you gift, your digital donor benefits card will update to reflect your newest gift – but don’t worry, even if it’s not longer listed on your card, you can still proudly proclaim that are part of the KEXP Amplifier’s Club!
