Sound & Vision uses interviews, artistry, commentary, insight and conversation to that tell broader stories through music, and illustrate why music and art matter. Contributors include local, national, and international artists and musicians, community members and advocates, KEXP DJs and staff, and many others. This program aims to provide a platform to diverse creative and artistic communities not currently represented on the dial, with space to share and discuss topics and insight important to their communities.

Emily hosts and produces KEXP’s music interview show, Sound & Vision. Music and storytelling is her passion. Prior to working at KEXP Emily was a host, producer and reporter at Michigan Radio, WKAR and Seattle’s KUOW.
