"Debut of Frightened Rabbit on KEXP on my overnight radio show. My friend, Daylen, was their tour manager and asked if I’d be interested in hosting them. Forever indebted. They opened for Pinback that night at the Showbox Market and played an acoustic set in the booth with me at 1:24am. They ran over to KEXP immediately after their show. NO ENGINEER was present during this session. I had never hosted a band before."
