This Chapel Hill, NC band’s third album is their strongest recording to date, with the band taking a more expansive approach to their ramshackle garage-rock and seamlessly working in bits of psych-rock, surf, old-school R&B, country-rock, Beatlesque power pop and more on raw, hook-filled songs propelled by rangy guitar riffs and gang sing-along choruses. 8/8/2012
