The third album of emotive, propulsive electro-pop from Noddy – the solo project of Jared Mills, frontman for infectious, dormant local band Man Plus – is a bit rougher around the edges than previous efforts, yet it's still insanely catchy, with Noddy's trademark bright melodies and massive hooks in full effect. 3/4/2011
