This Finnish band’s 2nd album (and US debut) is an accomplished set of imaginative indie-pop combining Animal Collective’s trippy quirkiness, TV on the Radio’s dense textures and Arcade Fire’s anthemic heft, using a rich variety of instrumentation and shape-shifting arrangements to forge magical pop songs that are as unpredictable as they are memorable. 7/2/2009
