Swedish producer Alex Willner (aka The Field) follows up his acclaimed 2007 debut album From Here We Go Sublime by tweaking his shoegazerish minimal-techno sound with the help of live instrumentation, giving a more organic feel to his combination of hypnotic rhythms, repeated micro-samples, hazy atmospherics and shimmering melodies. 5/12/2009
