The second solo album from the former Whiskeytown violinist may be even stronger than her stellar debut. It's a gorgeous-sounding alt-country gem brimming with memorable pop melodies and flavored with generous heaps of country, soul, rock and folk. And Caitlin's honeyed, stately vocals have never sounded better. 4/15/2003
