This Seattle band debuts with an amazingly accomplished album of indie pop-rock perfection. Every single song is spiked with memorable hooks. Great sound courtesy of veteran Seattle producer Martin Feveyer – the band sounds fabulous throughout, with Josh Dawson’s excellent vocals bearing an uncanny resemblance to Pete Krebs. In a year of great Northwest releases, Neon & Ruin is one of the very best. 8/9/2005
