This Irish band’s second album of country-tinged psych-pop is noticeably darker than their sunny debut. And while it might not reach the occasional highs of So Much For the City, it’s more consistent with strong songs from beginning to end. There’s a bit less guitar and more piano (and even occasional strings) on Let’s Bottle Bohemia, but Thrills fans won’t be disappointed by the uniformly well-crafted tunes to found here. 9/13/2004
