If it ain't broke, don't fix it, and that pretty much sums up this New
York band's second album. There's a bit more '80s New Wave influence this
time around, but otherwise everything that made their first album such a
kick is reprised here - taut, angular guitar lines, fuzzy, distorted
vocals, lyrics loaded with youthful attitude, and best of all, grimy,
masterfully constructed rock songs filled with monster pop hooks. 11/3/2003
