This Texas up-and-comer delivers the goods. Touchstones are Steve Earle (who co-produced the album) and Robert Earl Keen -- Ingram writes the same kind of gritty, working-class tales of love and luck. Recorded with his Beat Up Ford band, the album has a delightfully loose feel, and it's stuffed with big-hearted Texas troubadour music that moves along with plenty of rock and roll energy and attitude.
