The veteran Chapel Hill band shows they’re still capable of adding new twists to their anthemic punk-pop sound. Their seventh album was produced by Chicago avant-gardist Jim O’Rourke, who ironically has helped deliver one of their most accessible albums to date -- and more important, it’s also one of their best.
