This eccentric rapper got his start back in the late ‘80s as a member of the influential New York hip hop group Ultramagnetic MCs. Since then, he’s adopted various personas, while working on a variety of different projects. His first official solo album shows him adopting a sci-fi Elvis disguise as a thematic platform for his trademark manic delivery of quirky, offbeat rhymes powered by minimalist sci-fi funk beats.
