Badass drummer extraordinaire Janet Weiss (Sleater-Kinney, Wild Flag) has been playing with Drew Grow (Modern Kin, Drew Grow & the Pastors Wives) as Slang for a few years now, but last night, she announced via Instagram that they've added Kathy Foster (Roseblood, Thermals, Hurry Up) on bass and Anita Lee Elliott (Viva Voce, Blue Giant, Anita Lee and the Handsome 3) on lead guitar. Check out a lyric video for their first track as a four-piece below, titled "Warm Enough."

Weiss says on social, "Over the past 2 challenging and creative years my hero Drew Grow and I rigorously constructed new music from the ground up. And now we've got a RAD lineup and our first set of fiery songs. Come see our first show August 9th in Seattle at Funhouse and check out the lyric vid for "Warm Enough"... We're excited."

We're excited, too.
