Mark’s take on the classic song has added synths and beats to update it to a new generation. The video sees her wander New York City’s Chinatown streets late at night. Mark’s debut EP 3:33am dropped in 2017. Catch Amber Mark at Capitol Hill Block Party on Saturday, July 21. [ DIY Mag ]

UK producer Mumdance and singer D∆WN (aka Dawn Richard) have teamed up for a new song titled “Guardian Angel.” The soaring song kicks off with an elegant string section from Demon Strings and grows into an epic ballad featuring electric guitar from Not Waving and grand piano from Ninja Tune’s James Heather. Recently Richard remixed Janelle Monae’s “PYNK” and released her last solo album, Redemptionheart, in 2016. Mumdance’s last release was 2015’s Proto with Logos and Stephen Sicard. [ Fact ]
