Mura Masa is the alias of London-based producer Alex Crossan. A native of the small island of Guernsey off the coast of Normandy, he emerged on the music scene in 2014 with the debut mini-album Soundtrack To A Death, introducing listeners to his adventurous and infectious beats. Following a string of hotly-tipped singles over the past three years, he released his spectacular self-titled debut full-length album earlier this year. Featuring guest vocals from Damon Albarn, Charli XCX, Jamie Lidell, A$AP Rocky, NAO, Desiigner, and Christine and the Queens, the album was met with popular and critical acclaim, and the album record recently received a Grammy nomination for Best Dance/Electronic Album.
