Chilly's pick for today is "Oceánico" by Ságan from the 2015 self-released album Cada Célula. Says Chilly...

Colombian duo Ságan is an absolute favorite discovery of mine of the last year. There's lots of great electronic music coming out of Colombia, but usually it's geared for the dance floor. María Mónica Gutiérrez and Felipe Ortega Blanco have only been working together for a brief time, but they've created something fresh, sultry and captivating. Their debut full-length Cada Célula is a gem of subtle, compelling electronic lullabies. Repeat listen chills para siempre. Having them do a live KEXP performance for El Sonido was a highlight of mine for 2016 (as was doing yoga and making arepas with them). I'm excited to see that they've expanded the project into a full band for their live shows. Don't sleep on these guys.
