Out in the woods of Carnation, Washington, people are starting to file in for the Timber! Outdoor Music Festival, which kicks off today, Thursday, July 16th, and runs through Saturday, July 18th. Beside the banks of the river, stages are set for an incredible line-up to rock the branches in Tolt-MacDondald Park.

This year's line-up features the usual crop of local acts, including Beat Connection, La Luz, David Bazan, Tacocat, and Jon, Josiah & Charity of The Head & the Heart. And, as a special treat, '80s punk rock faves The Dead Milkmen return to Seattle to headline the weekend. The band reunited after 13 years apart, and played a sold out show earlier this year at The Crocodile. If you missed out, or just wanna mosh again, jump in your bitchin' Camaro (or other form of transportation) and hit I-5 for Carnation! Tickets and more information here.
