Omaha musician David Nance has been prolifically releasing music over the past six years including three full-length albums, a 7-inch, numerous cassettes, CDRs and unlicensed "cover albums" of artists like Lou Reed, The Beatles, and the Rolling Stones (of which he received a cease and desist letter from the Stones’ lawyer). In October, he released a record under the name David Nance Group, Peaced and Slightly Pulverized. Our Song of the Day is the early single and album-opener “Poison,” an electrically fuzzy stomper that takes its cues from classic rock.
