Teitur Magnússon came of fame in the Icelandic psychedelic reggae fusion band Ojba Rasta, which formed in 2009. Seven years later, Magnússon released his debut solo album, 27, which saw him try on a more indie folk style of psychedelic. Last month, he released his sophomore solo effort, Orna. Our Song of the Day, “Lifspeki,” closes out the album and features vocals from Icelandic psych-pop singer dj. flugvél og geimskip. The downtempo dreamer comes with a video featuring Iceland’s breathtaking landscape and some slow, subtle dance moves from Magnússon and dj. flugvél og geimskip.
